The Supreme Court has slated Thursday, April 30, for judgment in the protracted leadership tussle within the opposition African Democratic Congress.

The apex court had earlier reserved its decision in the matter, a move that prompted the party to petition the Chief Justice of Nigeria, citing urgency over the lingering dispute.

However, in an update on Wednesday, the court confirmed that the judgment will be delivered by 2pm on Thursday, bringing anticipation to a close over the crisis rocking the party.
