The Ondo State Government has released the results of the 2025/2026 Basic Education Certificate Examination conducted across the 18 local government areas of the state.
The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Dr Akindele Ige, disclosed this while announcing the release of the results.
According to Ige, a total of 60,942 students sat for the examination across the state.
He urged parents and guardians to access the results of their children and wards through the ministry’s examination portal, www.odsgexams.com, using their examination PINs.
Giving an insight into the students’ performance, the Director of Examination Management in the ministry, Mrs Titilayo Udoh, said 60,184 candidates, representing 99.3 per cent of those who sat for the examination, were successful.
Udoh commended the students for their performance and encouraged them to adopt effective examination techniques to enable them approach and tackle questions systematically.
She also advised the students to cultivate good study habits, pay attention to examination instructions and manage their time effectively while writing examinations.
The director noted that developing these skills would help the students perform better in future academic assessments.
The 2025/2026 BECE was conducted across the state for students seeking to complete their basic education and proceed to the next stage of their academic journey.
